Whowhat?
I am Ben Bartelle (aka Future) I have been a Shin for NY on and off since 2002. This will be my 5th go and I am looking to do something quite different and hopefully avante garde. We will be using some of the standard instruments, but our focus is going to be away from solo performers spinning.
The conclave is open to all levels, and I am looking for a range of skills. If you don’t know poi, but have other dance and circus skills there is a place for you. Space is limited to ~20 performers/safeties to protect my sanity.
Caveat: The conclave is a volunteer project so I can’t promise discount tickets. There is even a chance that Crimson Rose won’t accept us at all based on our audition video. This has never happened to me however, and we have always put in enough effort to earn artist tickets for everybody.
