Ropedart Score
Here are some quick videos of the 3 moves in the rope dart score. We will initiate these moves either together or in canon during the actual show.
The Jump Through. Notice how the jumper plants their left foot near the left hip socket of the base. This is called an outside pushoff because they end up facing away from each other. From here they are only using a light push to give themselves a little extra air. The feeling is that you are going up and just touching off on your way through the air.
Jump Through
The Push Back: This time the Jumper plants their left foot near the right hip socket of the base. This is and inside pushoff because the partners face each other the whole time. The Jumper is going vertical here and uses the base for a little up and back push. Stay light! Here Jewels has added a little foutte turn.

The Do-si-do! The base and jumper hook arms and the jumper sweeps their outside leg off to the side and then to the front. The landing only works if you can get that outside leg in front of you by the time you are out of momentum.Do si do!
And if you are thinking at this point that rope darts and partnering don’t mix. Take note.
Oh Michelle Yeoh, what lessons can’t you teach us?
